: Yes — once you've opened the web player at least once on a device, it caches all the lessons, games, voice narration, and character art locally. Your child can play on a plane, in the car, or at Lola's place with no internet connection after that first load.
: Absolutely. The app supports unlimited per-child profiles on a single device. Each child has their own name, colour, stars, and adventure progress — they never overwrite each other. One membership covers the whole family.
