What age is this for?

Tagalog with Kikay is designed for children ages 3–8. The app is picture-based and read aloud, so it's fully accessible to pre-readers and early readers alike. Older children who are curious about Tagalog enjoy it too — the vocabulary content is genuinely useful at any beginner level.

Does it work offline?

Yes — once you've opened the web player at least once on a device, it caches all the lessons, games, voice narration, and character art locally. Your child can play on a plane, in the car, or at Lola's place with no internet connection after that first load.

We have two kids. Do they each get their own progress?

Absolutely. The app supports unlimited per-child profiles on a single device. Each child has their own name, colour, stars, and adventure progress — they never overwrite each other. One membership covers the whole family.

Can both parents use one membership on their own devices?

Yes — one Web Membership covers your whole household on up to 3 devices at once. On each new device, open the web player at tagalogwithkikay.com/play and sign in with the email you used to subscribe: we send a 6-digit code to that email, you type it in, and the device unlocks.

How do promo codes work with the Web Membership?

After your PayPal payment is confirmed, your unique code appears right on the screen and is also emailed to you. Open the web player at tagalogwithkikay.com/play, tap "Have a promo code?" on the unlock screen, and enter it once — the full curriculum unlocks immediately.

What is your refund policy?

All purchases are final. Cancelling your subscription stops future charges right away, but amounts already paid won't be returned.

How often do new lessons come out?

Roughly every two months, and it's never a paid add-on — new worlds and words roll out as a free update for every member. The curriculum itself is growing too: today your child is collecting single words, and we're building toward full Tagalog phrases and sentences next.
